Expensive Journey
All the lawsuits going forward will be filed by Kurt and I. The Town will have to pay to defend itself in these suits. The Town is now on it's own. The Florida Audubon Society will not be contributing financially with the Town.
The Town will be up against the previous Administrative Law Judge's ruling of law pertaining to our walkover.
The Town is in a perilous position. You, the taxpayer, will be paying for this frivolous endeavor that will most likely end with Kurt and I winning the right to construct our walkover .
All law suits going forward will be based on the ALJ's final order from the previous State hearing.
