Judge Consolidates Lawsuits
The Town and Florida Audubon have together filed multiple lawsuits, probably figuring that Kurt and I will throw in the towel and give up because we will run out of money to continue.
Our attorneys asked the Administrative Law Judge presiding over the upcoming hearings to hear all of the lawsuits at the same time, since all the suits filed by the Town and Florida Audubon were over the same issue.
The Town and Florida Audubon did everything they could to convince the Judge to hear all the suits separately. The reason the Town and Florida Audubon wanted the suits to be heard separately is because it would cost Kurt and I a lot of money.
Thankfully, the Judge saw through that move and consolidated all the lawsuits into one hearing.
